My wife and I were interested in purchasing
a condo on the lake in Osage Beach. Because we live in Los
Angeles, this was
a going to be and expensive and time consuming task. Friends
told us that they had used Melissa to purchase their condo
and they were delighted with their results. To make a long
story
shot, we bought our condo, sight unseen on Melissa’s
expertise. She took the extra time to do all the things we
would have done,
had we the ability to spend weeks there working out all the
details needed to furnish and buy our summer home. We could
not be happier
with the results. She even set us up with docks and buying
wave runners (she got a better deal than we could get). Melissa has recently helped us purchased a lot in Porto Cima
to build our dream summer home on. Without her help our dreams
of a perfect summer home would never have happened. Call her,
